My name is Kimberly Lee. I am 29 soon to be 30 year old healthcare accountant living in a tiny town in southeast Georgia. I have been married to my wonderful husband Micheal for 3 years and together we are raising our lively 2 year old daughter, Joycie.

When I am not working, I love volunteering at my church - specifically with the youth group, teaching aerobics, organizing a local running group, and lifting weights with my husband. After 5 years of battling bulimia, I was able to put my food demons to rest.... or so I thought.
But recently, I have noticed old thought patterns and bad habits popping back up. After lots of prayer and soul searching, I know that I have to refocus and do all that I can to pursue the healthy lifestyle that I desire. This blog is my story....
